I had a lovely stay at the resort spa, which was beautifully warm and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, and some of the amenities were lacking in the kitchen. Overall, it's a cozy place but improvements in the dining would make it even better.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was unsettled by the presence of insects, which was not mentioned when I booked. The staff were really helpful, and the location was simply stunning, set high in the mountains with breathtaking views.
